What Dale 'Mo Farah' and Mark 'Paul Scholes' Allen have brought to the side is both players of quality and players who like beer!! A perfect mix of ability and social attributes to build a club around.
The first game of the season against Easton was a wake up call to Div 3. We were the last men standing in the Easton bar some 4 hours after the final whistle.
Unfortunately,with an under strength side we couldn't match the opposition in any department, but it has set the level from day one and was important to experience for all players!!
We didn't expect this season to be easy especially with what we've been through in previous years!!
